Launching Biggeorge into the world of co-living with a bold new brand and website.
Biggeorge Property came to me with a name and a vision: a new kind of rental brand built for people who want more than just a place to sleep. We built UrbanRent from the ground up, identity, visual language, and a full web design to match the ambition of the product itself.

Project Overview
UrbanRent is Biggeorge Property's new residential concept — modern, fully furnished apartments in Budapest with 100% digital management. The brief was to create a brand that felt fresh and trustworthy, targeting a generation that expects their rental experience to be as seamless as everything else in their lives.
Challenge
Starting from only a name, the challenge was to define what UrbanRent actually stands for — its personality, visual identity, and tone — and turn that into a coherent brand system. The name itself went through several rounds of exploration before landing back at UrbanRent, which meant the identity work had to be flexible enough to survive the process.
Solution
I developed a comprehensive brand identity from scratch, exploring a wide range of directions before arriving at a mark that felt right for the product. From there I built out a full brand system and applied it across a complete web design, structured around UrbanRent's core pillars: digital simplicity, transparency, and community.
